This is the jump rope scale for your individual exam. You will have to build and record a one minute jump rope routine including 5 different tricks (1 for each category).

Evaluation system

Active participation 20%

Daily note of your participation in class. Do you wear sports clothes to class? Do you give the maximum within your possibilities? Are you respectful with colleagues / material / teachers?

Practical test

25% Individual one minute routine video.
25% Cooperative jump rope challenges.
